LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Rouso are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

They are just as photo but classically this "one size" is so tight on the waist. I would love to order more with the thicker linning but I am afraid that the tights stay the same size and the linning only thicker which would make them even smaller. They make your but amazing but the little foot sturups were so annoying I cut them off, the tights are fine with it them. My waist is 72cm and hip 88cm they are tight when I sit down. start to pill after 1 wear of course but they are worth for the price

It came well packed, no damage. Stockings are cool, I thought they 'd be thicker inside but generally fine. They adapt very well to the body. The fabric inside is nest color, which by putting it simulates the skin color. Happy with the purchase. I will surely repeat.
